Our 90-day guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders. If you selected a subscription and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time from your account portal with no penalty.

What's Not Covered

Damaged or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refund. Please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived and we will do our best to help.
